CALL OF ASSEMBLY

Dear partner,

for weeks all the members of the Board of Directors, in addition to their normal work, have been involved in the organization of our Trieste Concours d'Elegance which will be held from 12 to 14 May 2023. Furthermore, as you may know, for some years the Museo Mille Miglia hosts all our meetings free of charge and, recently, it has also become our registered office; but we must remember that it is also one of the most important places for the activities associated with the 1000 Miglia 2023 which this year is scheduled from 13 to 17 June and for this reason it cannot accommodate us until 18 June inclusive.

As mentioned above, in partial derogation from what is indicated by the Art. 9 of the Articles of Association, the Shareholders' Meeting of the Associazione Amatori Veicoli Storici is convened to be held on Monday 19 June 2023 at 8.00 am, on first call, and,

Friday 23 June 2023 at 2.30 pm

on second call, at the

Mille Miglia Museum - Viale della Bornata, 123, Sant'Eufemia della Fonte - 25135 Brescia

to discuss the following

AGENDA

1)      Announcements from the President

2)      Illustration and approval of the 2022 financial report

3)      Illustration and approval of the 2023 budget

Participant accreditation operations will begin one hour before the meeting. Please note that only Members in good standing with the membership fee at the time of the start of the Assembly have the right to participate in the Assembly. Accreditation will take place upon presentation of the 2023 card or the receipt of payment of the membership fee (which must in any case be confirmed by the Secretariat). Members entitled to participate may be represented, by means of the attached Proxy, by another Member entitled to participate. No Member can hold more than three proxies.
